For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an account on ds88play, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. ds88play strictly enforces this age requirement in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately closed and any balances forfeited.
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of gameplay, or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
• You are registering on your own behalf, using your own true and accurate personal information. Proxy registrations and registrations on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of ds88play or any of its affiliated game providers or software suppliers.
• You do not already have an existing active or suspended ds88play account under any name or identity.
• You have not been voluntarily or involuntarily self-excluded from the ds88play platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. ds88play reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided.

Upon successful registration, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ds88play account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ds88play will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You are required to:

• Maintain only one (1) registered account at any given time. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your account information current and accurate. You must promptly notify ds88play of any changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or physical address.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends. Each account is for the sole use of the registered account holder.
• Not allow any third party to deposit, wager, or withdraw from your account on your behalf.
• Log out completely from your account when using a device that is not exclusively yours.
• Complete KYC verification when required. ds88play may place withdrawal restrictions on unverified accounts pending successful completion of identity verification.

ds88play reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it has reasonable grounds to believe is being used in violation of these obligations, or where the account holder can no longer be confirmed to meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Deposits. Funds may be added to your ds88play wallet using the supported payment methods available at the time of deposit, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed on the deposit page prior to confirmation. All funds deposited must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. ds88play reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a third-party payment source.

Withdrawals. Withdrawals are available only to verified ds88play accounts that have passed KYC requirements. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya, subject to verification review. Larger withdrawal amounts may be subject to manual review, which may extend processing time to up to twenty-four (24) hours. ds88play reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding applicable reporting thresholds under Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ds88play account holder.
• ds88play does not charge withdrawal fees on standard GCash and Maya cashouts. Third-party processing fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. See Section 5.
• ds88play may, at its discretion, conduct AML or fraud reviews before releasing any withdrawal, consistent with its obligations under Philippine law.

ds88play offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before they may be converted to withdrawable real funds. The applicable wagering requirement is displayed for each promotion at the time of opt-in.
• Eligibility: Not all promotions are available to all players. Eligibility may be restricted by account verification status, geographic location, deposit history, or prior bonus use. ds88play may decline or cancel a bonus claim at its discretion if eligibility requirements are not met.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spin winnings that are not claimed or used within the specified expiry period will be automatically removed from a Player's account without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) compared to slots (typically 100%). Game contribution rates are published in each promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While wagering requirements are active on bonus funds, a maximum bet per spin or hand limit applies. Placing bets exceeding this limit may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in a ds88play account at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.

ds88play reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not affect existing bonus funds already credited to a Player's account under the original promotional terms.

All random number generator (RNG) based games are certified by independent testing agencies for fairness and statistical accuracy. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the ds88play platform:

• The result of any game or betting event is final once confirmed by the platform. ds88play will not reverse confirmed game results except in the event of a documented technical malfunction or proven software error that materially affected the game outcome.

• Sports betting and sabong events are settled according to official results from the governing sports body or authorized arena operator. ds88play's settlement decisions are final in the event of any result ambiguity.
• ds88play reserves the right to suspend or void any game, bet, or event if it has reason to believe that the integrity of the event has been compromised, regardless of whether the event has already commenced or concluded.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at ds88play and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and law enforcement:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or any assumed identity.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment instruments for deposits or withdrawals.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, colluding with other players to manipulate wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.
• Using any software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or automated system to interact with any ds88play game or service.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under Philippine law or applicable international standards.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the ds88play platform, its software, or its data systems.
• Colluding with other players in games where such collusion provides an unfair advantage — particularly in live poker and multiplayer game formats.
• Allowing access to your ds88play account by any person under 21 years of age.

Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools at all times within their ds88play account settings:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any ds88play content without express written authorization.
• Modifying, adapting, translating, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on any ds88play content or software.
• Using any ds88play brand names, logos, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by ds88play.
• Systematically extracting, scraping, or collecting any data or content from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal information by ds88play is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the ds88play platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ds88play collects and processes your personal data for the purposes of account operation, identity verification (KYC), financial transaction processing, regulatory compliance (including AML reporting obligations), fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have consented, promotional communications.

ds88play will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law or operational necessity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• ds88play provides its Platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous availability, ds88play does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.
• ds88play shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunity due to technical downtime.
• ds88play's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real funds held in the Player's wallet at the time the claim arises.
• ds88play is not responsible for the content, availability, or performance of any third-party payment services (including GCash and Maya) used in connection with the Platform.
• Nothing in this clause excludes or limits ds88play's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

By ds88play. ds88play reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction from PAGCOR, or law enforcement instruction relating to the account.
• Where continued account operation poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to ds88play.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real funds remaining in the Player's wallet (after deducting any bonuses and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method at ds88play's discretion, unless withheld pending investigation or as directed by a regulatory authority.

By the Player. You may close your ds88play account at any time by contacting our support team. Before account closure, any withdrawable balance must be cashed out. Accounts in active self-exclusion cannot be closed by the Player during the exclusion period — the exclusion must run its full term.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the ds88play platform shall first be submitted to ds88play's internal dispute resolution process through the live chat support channel.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with ds88play support, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which has jurisdiction over disputes between PAGCOR-licensed operators and their players. ds88play will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.

For disputes not resolved through the above process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

ds88play reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the ds88play platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 12.
